Vessel & Rig Mob / Demob / Cold or Warm Stacking
BOMC can provide world class facilities for clients’ mobilisation or demobilisation of vessels. With a range of equipment and expert labour, BOMC can cater for all required tasks:

BOMC allows a unique environment for clients to manufacture and fabricate their specialist project equipment on site in a secure wharf facility, connected directly to deep water berths.

Spool Base
The BOMC facility and our rear logistics yard is designed to allow spooling operations with a spool line length of up to 2km. The spool pathway is managed as a normal access roadway in normal day-to-day operations which can be segregated and adapted to allow specific project spooling operations when required.
The berth configurations allow for vessels to berth stern to in a safe secure position to allow vessel to take on board cargo on a 24/7 basis. In addition, vessels can also undertake other operations concurrently whilst at berth.
Infrastructure includes:
- Purpose built 218m long production hall for secure clean welding operations
- Ready rack station (20m x 15m)
- Production building totalling 15 work stations (8m x 198m)
- Tie in station with 2 work stations (8m x 20m)
- Stalk racks – length 1,850m (length) x 31m (width)
- Ground bearing capacity site plate testing on site varies up to 30T/m2
- Expert equipment on site for pipe handling includes excavators, dozers, vacuum lifts, etc.
Purpose-Built Bollard Pull Test Facility
PT Bintan Offshore Marine Centre (BOMC) proudly announces the launch of its state-of-the-art 250tn capacity bollard pull test facility. Strategically nestled in the protected deepwater free trade zone maritime hub of BIIE, Bintan, just a short hop from Singapore, this premier facility is ready to redefine bollard pull testing within the maritime industry.
Compliant bollard pull tests have specific criteria that must be adhered to in relation to tide, current and weather states. BOMC is a private port located in the protected channel, ensuring no delays waiting for suitable conditions or marine traffic issues.

Vessel Tank Cleaning
PT Bintan Offshore Marine Centre (BOMC) delivers seamless, environmentally responsible hazardous waste management solutions tailored to the needs of the offshore and marine sectors. Our services encompass comprehensive tank cleaning, secure temporary waste storage, controlled transportation and certified disposal – whether as part of regulatory compliance programs or in preparation for asset decommissioning. Every stage of the process is executed in strict alignment with applicable environmental laws and international standards, ensuring full traceability, risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.
A core element of our offering is the safe management of high-risk materials, including mercury contamination and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORMs). These are addressed through specialised protocols developed in partnership with certified hazardous waste experts. All hazardous materials are rigorously tested, managed and disposed of in compliance with the Basel Convention and other relevant international conventions, guaranteeing responsible and ethical waste handling from source to final disposal. Decommissioning
We specialise in the receipt and disposal of offshore structures and floating assets. Our facility is equipped to handle various decommissioning projects, providing a one-stop solution for all shore-based requirements. In collaboration with global specialist decommission experts, BOMC has developed compliant methodologies and protocols which align with all international standards, such as the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) and the Hong Kong Convention (HKC), ensuring all handling and disposal operations comply with the Basel and Minamata Conventions, while providing full traceability of all material. We have large land areas behind a purpose-built wharf, allowing dedicated decommissioning areas to be allocated project by project and safe working areas onshore.
